Service Fee

A Service Fee may be added to your total depending on your payment method:

Credit/Debit card, Google Pay, and PayPal payments are assessed a 1.95% service fee with a $1.75 minimum. Commercial cards are assessed a service fee of 3.95% with a $1.75 minimum. There is no service fee for bank accounts (e-checks).

Your fee will be calculated when you confirm your tender choice by proceeding to the Payment submission page. The service fees are charged per transaction by a third party vendor. The State of Ohio does not retain any portion of the service fee.
